BILTRITE has a dedicated team of professionals to assist you should you have any questions on your purchase or have any service/warranty concerns. Our service department is OPEN Monday by phone only 10am to 5pm (showroom closed), Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and is OFF Saturday and Holidays. Sunday BILTRITE is closed to be with family & friends and Monday the showroom is closed.

Please note the following:

  • We will respond within 2 business days.
  • Warranty Service: Monday by phone only 10am to 5pm (showroom closed), Tuesday thru Friday 10am to 5pm. Our Customer Service Team is off Saturday and Holidays.
  • BILTRITE Furniture only services products purchased under the original owner. BILTRITE honors all manufacturer warranties. Depending upon the product and the age, there will be a charge for parts, labor, and transportation as the manufacturers and Amish builders do not cover. BILTRITE does not sell extended warranties.
