I wanted a good quality jewelry chest and knew where I would find it. I selected the cabinet style, leg style, hardware, and wood stain. I needed more necklace hooks in the cabinet so my sales person grabbed Mike from the repair department so we could discuss this. There was plenty of room to add more hooks so it was feasible to do. I took measurements of the hooks and purchased that same size with a hardware vendor. When my piece arrived, I was called to set up a delivery date and then also setup an appointment with Mike the day before delivery. We went over placement of the additional hooks at the appointment, gave Mike the hooks and the next day my beautiful piece arrived with all hooks in place with "white glove" delivery service.

Biltrite is our go-to furniture store. The service and selection are always great. We recently moved and our dresser was broken by the movers. I was able to go to the store that day and pick out the perfect replacement, along with nightstands, that would fit perfectly up the narrow staircase of our 100-year-old home. They were delivered within five days and we couldn't be happier. Cindy, the salesperson who worked with me, was so helpful and patient on that very stressful day. We also purchased a leather furniture group several years ago that we love. We really like the idea of shopping at a local store and always think of Biltrite first when considering new furniture.

Arrived right when they opened on Saturday morning. Greeted right away and was directed to the location that I requested. Arrived in bedding and met JD, such a great person. Asked us a handful of questions to see what our needs were and within 10 minutes we were checking out with our new king sized bed. A bed that was originally $2,100 was marked down to $1,330 because of a little scuff on it- I was very pleased how up front he was about everything and who doesn’t like to save money! There was no pressure to buy anything extra like most places. The checkout process reminded me of how it used to be. Everything was hand written and while a smidge slow because of that the women that took care of that process were super nice. This was my first time ever buying anything here and I am beyond thrilled and excited to put this on the list of furniture stores to shop when new items for my home are needed.

As a shorter family, finding a sectional that suits our size was always a challenge. Many sectionals out there are just too deep, leaving our feet dangling above the floor. Fortunately, we stumbled upon Built Rite through a radio ad, and it turned out to be a game-changer for us. At Built Rite, we discovered the perfect sectional that not only fit our proportions but also had durable fabric that could withstand the playful antics of our dogs. We were so thrilled with our initial purchase that we decided to return for another piece to extend our sectional even further. Troy, one of the knowledgeable salesperson , played a pivotal role in guiding us through the selection process. He patiently educated us about the quality of their furniture and introduced us to various furniture makers they collaborate with. Troy also helped us understand the different fabric grades, which made it incredibly easy to choose one suitable for our needs, especially since we have two little, clingy dogs who are always by our side. The delivery of our furniture was impressively smooth and efficient, even though everything is made to order. It's worth noting that you should be prepared to wait between 6-10 weeks for delivery, but the wait is undoubtedly worth it. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Randy, the owner, and had the opportunity to personally thank her for offering small-scale furniture options. This level of customer engagement and commitment to quality really stood out to us. In conclusion, Built Rite has become our go-to furniture store for all our future needs. We've already been back several times, and we can't recommend them enough. If you're in search of perfectly sized furniture with exceptional service, look no further than Built Rite.

I came into the store with my friends who were looking for a mattress also - but the opposite of what I wanted (soft vs firm; twin vs queen, etc.). Char was able to accommodate all of us - having to go back and forth while answering questions, verifying availability, all while keeping track of who wanted what.
