BILTRITE requires a 10% deposit on in stock items and a 50% deposit is required on all special orders by cash, personal check (with valid ID) or credit card. Sales tax and delivery charge are collected at the time of purchase.

The STURDY ACT applies a safety standard to freestanding clothing storage units including dressers and chests, and some nightstands 27" or taller manufactured after September 2, 2023. As a result, there will be modifications including, but not limited to, shorter (3/4) extension slides, added weight to the piece, and/or an Interlock System. Due to the added weight, delivery is recommended for these items. When a manufacturer provides an "Anti-Tip" kit with instructions, you are solely responsible for its installation.
